Special Garden is located at No. 35, Jialingqiaodong Village, Shangqingsi Street, Yuzhong District, Chongqing. It was founded in the 18th year of the Republic of China (1929) and completed in the 20th year of the Republic of China (1931). It is the residence of Xianying, a patriotic democrat. Because Xianying's character is "Tesheng", his house is named Teyuan. Teyuan currently covers an area of 2,010 square meters, with a construction area of 1,485.48 square meters. It consists of two three-story Chinese and Western villas, each with a construction area of 742.74 square meters, and each building has two units and two stairwells. The floor plan is consistent, with a width of four rooms, 18.58 meters, and a depth of two rooms, 14.94 meters. They are all brick and wood structures, with blue-gray exterior walls, small green tile roofs, and a terrace and Roman columns on the second floor.
