About Jiaozhuanghu Tunnel War Site Memorial Hall
The Jiaozhuanghu Tunnel War Site Memorial Hall is located at No. 38, Jiaozhuanghu Village Memorial Road, Longwantun Town, Shunyi District, Beijing. It is 60 kilometers away from downtown Beijing and covers an area of 48,598.88 square meters. It was built in 1964 and officially opened to the public on July 5, 1987. The Jiaozhuanghu Tunnel War Site Memorial Hall is divided into three visiting areas, the exhibition hall visiting area, the tunnel visiting area, and the Anti-Japanese War residential area. In addition, it also provides tourists with services such as eating Anti-Japanese War meals, living in Anti-Japanese War residential buildings, and picking melons and fruits. The revolutionary cultural relics collected in the museum mainly include various tools used for digging tunnels, various weapons used by the militia, and various agricultural tools used by the masses.
