The former site of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Hankou and the exhibition hall of Qu Qiubai's former residence are located at No. 126 Jiqing Street, Jiang'an District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. In the 16th year of the Republic of China (1927), it was the office of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the former residence of Qu Qiubai. The former site of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Hankou is a two-story building with gray walls and a red door. The former site of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Hankou was originally built by Liu Zijing, the "rich man in Hankou". It has a brick and wood structure and a neat appearance of a unit townhouse.
