About Anhui Science and Technology Museum
The new Anhui Science and Technology Museum is located at No. 88 Hong Kong Road, Baohe District, Hefei City, adjacent to the north bank of Chaohu Lake. It covers an area of 75 acres and has a construction area of 60,000 square meters. The building height is 45 meters, with 5 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The project consists of two parts: the Provincial Science and Technology Museum and the Provincial Youth Science and Technology Activity Center. The 1st to 3rd floors are the exhibition and education area of the Provincial Science and Technology Museum, the 4th floor is the Provincial Youth Activity Center area, and the 5th floor is the office area. The new museum has a total of 9 permanent exhibition halls, 1 science show, and 1 temporary exhibition hall, with a total of 627 exhibits. The permanent exhibition hall covers an area of approximately 17,000 square meters.
