About Qin Opera Museum

The Qinqiang Opera Museum is located in Ertai Pavilion (No. 450, Beibinhe Middle Road), Jinchengguan Style District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. It was officially opened to welcome guests on January 26, 2010. The museum is an art museum. Its exhibition hall covers an area of more than 2,000 square meters and has two floors. From February 9 to March 31, 2026, the museum’s temporary exhibition hall held the “Horse Dance in the New Year—Bingwu Year of the Horse Zodiac Culture Exhibition”. The museum is open from 10:00 to 17:00 (admission is closed at 16:50). In the summer of 2026 (August 1 to August 31), the five major cultural and museum venues in Jinchengguan will open later and will not be closed on Mondays. Preparatory work for the museum began in March 2007.
