About Yunnan Revolutionary Military Museum
The Yunnan Revolutionary Military Museum, renovated from the former Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Museum, is located at No. 1, Cuihu West Road, Wuhua District, Kunming City. Construction will start in July 2022, with a planned total investment of 178 million yuan, and is expected to be completed on May 30, 2023. The museum is positioned as a professional venue to display the armed struggle, national defense construction and the practice of strengthening the military in the new era led by the Communist Party of China in Yunnan. It is a venue used to preserve, research and display relevant history, and is also one of the places to carry out national defense education. After the museum is completed, it will become one of the venues that systematically displays military history in Yunnan Province.
