About Anhui Provincial Cultural Center
Anhui Provincial Cultural Center is a public welfare institution affiliated to the Anhui Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. It is responsible for researching and formulating development plans for mass cultural undertakings in the province, popularizing art for all, organizing mass literary and artistic creations, and developing public digital cultural services. The current director is Zhang Pengshui, and the museum is located at No. 224, Changjiang Middle Road, Hefei, Anhui Province. The museum was formerly known as the Anhui Provincial Mass Art Museum. It was renamed to its current name on May 29, 2006, and the publication "Anhui Mass Culture" was founded. On September 18, 2021, it was recognized as the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative project protection units by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
