About Dali Ocean World
On June 8, 2019, the first ocean theme park in western Yunnan, "Dali Ocean World", was completed and opened in Haidong New Town, Dali City, and officially opened to the public on July 20 of the same year. Dali Ocean World has a blue appearance and a wavy design. It has a total construction area of approximately 24,000 square meters, of which the tourist viewing area exceeds 18,000 square meters. The venue combines Yunnan's unique ethnic landscapes and native species to create a unique display effect. The museum has multiple themed exhibition areas including river ecology, fantasy rainforest, ocean exploration, coastal journey, fantasy jellyfish, dangerous ocean, sea beast island, dolphin pool, whale shark pool, undersea tunnel, undersea classroom, polar exploration, etc.
