About Peach Blossom Island

Taohua Island is located in Putuo District, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the southeast of Zhoushan Islands, the largest archipelago in China. It is the center of Putuo Islands. Taohua Island is located at 122°22′～122°32′ east longitude and 29°85′～29°77′ north latitude. The island covers an area of 43.1 square kilometers and the coastline length is approximately 54.3 kilometers. Taohua Island is surrounded by the East China Sea, 7.8 nautical miles away from Shenjiamen in the north, facing Putuo Mountain, the "Haitian Buddhist Land", and Zhujiajian, the "Hometown of Sand Sculptures" across the harbor. It is 12 kilometers away from Ningbo City across the sea in the west. It faces the Taohua Port International Deep Water Channel in the south and the East China Sea fisheries in the east. It has a superior geographical location and convenient maritime transportation.
