About Hefei Art Museum
Hefei Art Museum (Hefei Municipal Art Museum) has a total construction area of 36,000 square meters (including 16,000 square meters above ground and 20,000 square meters underground). It is a cultural space integrating exhibitions, displays, training, collections, public education, art research and other functions. It is located at the intersection of Huaining Road and Wanfo Lake Road in Hefei City, in the southeastern area of the Anhui Cultural Expo Park. As an important part of the Anhui Provincial Cultural Expo Park area, the Hefei Art Museum, the Provincial Museum, and the Geological Museum form a centrally symmetrical layout. The building's exterior curtain wall is based on the city's flower "osmanthus". The east facade uses Shi Tao's "Chao Lake" as a template to show the wave effect of Chao Lake, and for the first time uses UHPC ultra-high performance concrete curtain wall.
