About Lanzhou Polar Ocean World
Lanzhou Polar Ocean World is located at No. 303, Jianxi East Road, Qilihe District, Lanzhou City. It is the first fourth-generation aquarium in Gansu Province, with a total construction area of 14,000 square meters and three core exhibition areas: the Undersea Tunnel, the Polar Pavilion, and the Jellyfish Pavilion. The venue takes marine life display as its core and integrates popular science education functions. It will be selected as a Gansu Provincial Science Education Base (2024-2028) in 2023. It regularly carries out interactive projects such as marine life feeding shows and sea lion photos, and regularly holds theme activities such as summer underwater ballet performances and diving experiences. The venue is open from 09:30-17:30 on weekdays and extended to 18:00 on weekends. The recommended tour time is 2-3 hours.
