About Songzhuang Art Museum
Songzhuang Art Center was established on October 6, 2006. It is located in Songzhuang Art Park, Tongzhou District, Beijing, covering a total area of 5,000 square meters. In July 2018, Fang Lijun was appointed as the director. The museum has two floors, including exhibition halls, academic report and screening rooms, offices, and coffee shops. The highest ceiling height of the indoor exhibition hall reaches 16 meters, which is the highest indoor height among Chinese art museums so far. Songzhuang Art Museum mainly organizes contemporary art exhibitions and performances, conducts domestic and foreign contemporary art exchanges, and through these exhibitions, pays attention to the development trends and latest trends of Chinese contemporary art, and promotes exchanges between Chinese contemporary art and international culture and art.
