About Tianshan Mingyue City
Tianshan Mingyue City, located on Tenghui Third Road in Shuimogou District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang, is a nighttime economy and cultural tourism project that officially opened on June 22, 2023. Centered around a large T-shaped block featuring traditional Tang-style architecture, the project integrates local Xinjiang cultural elements and offers a diverse range of experiences, including cultural immersion, gourmet dining, and leisure activities. With a total investment of approximately RMB 250 million and covering an area of 176 mu, the project features three parking lots—P1, P2, and P3—capable of accommodating roughly 6,000 vehicles in total, including about 2,800 permanent parking spaces. On its first day of operation, the project welcomed 49,000 visitors.
