About Xingfu Mountain Scenic Area in Zeku County
Zeku County (Tibetan: rtsé khog, Wylie transliteration: rtse khog, Tibetan pinyin: Zêkog) is a county under the administration of the Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, People’s Republic of China, located in the central-southern part of Huangnan Prefecture. It borders Xiahe County in Gansu Province to the east, and is connected to Henan Mongolian Autonomous County, Tongde County, and Guinan County to the south, west, and north respectively. It shares a border with Tongren County to the northeast. The county seat, Longwu Town, is 97 kilometers away, and it is approximately 285 kilometers from the provincial capital, Xining. As a purely pastoral county with the Tibetan ethnic group as the main population, it was once a key national county for poverty alleviation and development. The People’s Government of the county is located at No. 163, Xingfu Road, Zeku Town.
