About Bagua Park

Bagua Mountain is located within the Bagua Mountain area in the eastern part of Changhua City, Taiwan, and belongs to the northwestern hills of the Bagua Plateau (Bagua Mountain). It has an elevation of 97 meters above sea level and was historically known as “Dingzhai Wangyang,” ranking first among the “Eight Scenic Spots of Changhua.” Bagua Mountain is a renowned scenic spot in the Changhua region; centered around Bagua Road, it features several famous attractions along the highway, including the Great Buddha of Bagua Mountain, Hongmao Well, the Silver Bridge Water Park, and the Anti-Japanese Martyrs Memorial Park. As a major tourist destination in the Taichung–Changhua metropolitan area, hiking westward offers distant views of the Changhua Plain, while northward provides a sweeping panorama of the Taichung Basin and Dabu Mountain.
