About The Memorial Hall of Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao
The Zhou Enlai–Deng Yingchao Memorial Hall, located on West Road of Shuǐshàng Park in Nankai District, Tianjin, is a unique national memorial hall dedicated to a great figure who was named jointly as a husband and wife. It covers an area of 70,000 square meters, with a building area of 13,411 square meters. In 1976, a memorial hall was established in the East Building of Nankai School to honor Zhou Enlai’s illustrious achievements; it officially opened to the public on February 28, 1998. The museum comprises four main exhibition areas: the main exhibition hall, the replica of the Xihua Hall in Zhongnanhai, Beijing, the Zhou Enlai Special Aircraft Exhibition Area, and the “Xin Haimen” Ship Exhibition Area.
