About Hong Ya Dong 50
Hongya Dong (Hong Ya Dong), also known as Hongyan Cave, Shenxian Cave, and Hongyamen, the full name is Hongya Cave Folklore Area, is a tourist area with functions of sightseeing, leisure and vacation, etc. It is located at No. 88 Binjiang Road, Jialing River, Yuzhong District, Chongqing City. It is located in the riverside area where the Yangtze River and Jialing River meet. It is adjacent to Jiefangbei Cangbai Road to the north and Binjiang Road to the south. Hongya Cave is divided into 11 floors, with a height of 79 meters, and a total area of 31,500 square meters. During the Warring States Period (316 BC), Hongyadong was a military fortress. During the Song Dynasty, Hongyadong was a cave temple. There is Hongya Gate built above Hongya Cave, which was originally a door.
