About Shenzhen safari park
Shenzhen Wildlife Park, located on the east side of Xili Lake in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, covers an area of more than 600,000 square meters. It was officially opened on September 28, 1993. It is a free-range wildlife park. It is China's first scenic spot with a new subtropical garden ecological environment system that integrates various features and ornamental functions such as animals, forests, plants, and popular science. The design and construction of Shenzhen Wildlife Park breaks away from the cage model commonly used in Chinese cities. Various animals can move freely in open areas, allowing them to return to their original ecological environment. The entire park is divided into three areas, namely the herbivore area, the beast valley, and the performance area.
