Wanping City, also known as Wanping County, is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, to the east of Marco Polo Bridge, more than 100 meters away from the bridge. It is a bridgehead. It was built in the 13th year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty (1640) and was called "Gongbei City".
