About Rose Garden
Rose Garden is a residential community located in Dayu Street, Mentougou District, Beijing. It was developed by Beijing Guanhai Real Estate Co., Ltd. The construction period was mainly concentrated between 1988 and 2001. The development was implemented in two phases: the first phase was completed in 1988, and the second phase was completed in 2001, forming a group including Rose Garden District 1 and Dongli. The community is divided into multiple areas, including slab buildings and multi-story buildings, with a total number of households of more than 2,900, a floor area ratio of 2.00, and a greening rate of 30%. The property is managed by the Beijing Pragmatic Property Management Center. As an old community built in the 1990s, Yuejiyuandongli Community became the first pilot community in Mentougou District to install elevators in 2020.
