About Lianxi Fun Place
Lianxi Lechuan is one of the forty scenic spots in the Old Summer Palace. It is located on the north side of the Old Summer Palace and southeast of Huifang Academy. It covers an area of about 20,000 square meters and is the largest garden in the garden. It takes the island in the center of the lake as its core and is surrounded by mountains and rivers. The main building includes the nine-couplet main hall and the apse, the fragrant and clear clouds, the Xiangxue Corridor and the Yunxia Shujuan in the east, and the Huiwanzongchun Temple in the south. The layout is spacious and open. This scene was first built during the Qianlong period, with lotus as the theme, and lotuses were widely planted on the lake. Qianlong's imperial poem said that the lotus was far more prosperous than the West Lake.
