About Jingdong Great Dissolving Cave
Jingdong Great Karst Cave Scenic Area is a scenic spot located on the east side of Heidouyu Village in Pinggu District, Beijing, 90 kilometers west of Beijing City. It is a karst landform landscape and is named after it was first discovered in the Jingdong area. Opening hours are November 1st - February 28th: Monday to Sunday 08:30-16:30. The cave wall relief "Dragon Painted Heavenly Book" is shaped like floating clouds and lotus flowers, and was formed by the deposition of mineral water.
