About Xunjunwang Mansion
Xunjun Prince's Mansion is located at Nos. 13 and 15 Fangjia Hutong on the south side of Guozijian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. It was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It was originally the residence built by Mianyi, the heir of Yongzhang, the third son of Emperor Qianlong, according to the specifications of Baylor Mansion. The western main courtyard of the existing building complex retains the architectural characteristics of Baylor House, while the eastern courtyard is a renovated courtyard. The western main hall has been demolished, and the main room and auxiliary rooms in the backyard still exist. As of 2025, the main courtyard building complex of West No. 15 Courtyard will be used as Fangjia Hutong Primary School, and the entire building complex is listed as a key protected cultural relic in Beijing.
