About Nanzhao Cultural City

Nanzhao Cultural City is a cultural tourist attraction located in the center of the provincial tourist resort in Dali, Yunnan Province. It covers an area of 19.8 acres, has a construction area of more than 4,000 square meters, and a total investment of over 10 million yuan. It is characterized by imitating the palaces and residential buildings of the Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms. It has facilities such as city gates, Xixin Palace, Guanyin City, dance halls, and imperial gardens. It integrates Tang-style architecture and ethnic and local culture. It is known as the largest wax figure display center in Yunnan Province. The Cultural City reproduces the history and culture of Nanzhao through wax figures, scene restorations and interactive experiences.
