About The ruins of the secret printing plant of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Tianjin
The site of the Secret Printing Factory of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Tianjin is located at No. 47 Tangshan Road, Heping District, Tianjin (formerly Guangdong Road, Tianjin British Concession). It is a municipal cultural relic protection unit in Tianjin. In early 1929, Mao Zemin established the secret printing press of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China here. In March 2021, the site was included in the first batch of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Tianjin. As the only unit of the Communist Party of China in Tianjin during the New Democratic Revolution, its building is now an important visiting point on the red tourist route in Heping District, connecting the surrounding revolutionary cultural relics such as Ji Hongchang's former residence and the National Hotel.
