About Qilian Mountain International Ski Resort

Qilian Mountain International Ski Resort is located in Kangle Grassland, Sunan County. It is operated by Zhangye Shanshui Culture and Sports Tourism Group Co., Ltd. and is affiliated to Zhangye Development Investment Group (Zhangfa Group). With a total investment of 150 million yuan, it will mainly build a leisure resort complex focusing on skiing and playing in the snow. It has been renovated and upgraded in recent years and has been included in Zhangye City’s core ice and snow venues for upgrading. In December 2025, the launch ceremony of Zhangye City’s 2025-2026 winter and spring cultural tourism and Qilian Mountain ski resort operations was held here. The ski resort is between 2830-3200 meters above sea level and is a plateau ecological ski resort. The total length of the ski trails is 1.
