About hanging garden
Hanging Gardens, also known as Hanging Gardens, are a three-dimensional garden built on an artificial platform in ancient West Asia during BC. It is one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Legend has it that it was built by Nebuchadnezzar II of the Neo-Babylonian Kingdom in the 6th century BC near the city of Babylon for his homesick princess Ameydis. The name of the hanging garden comes from the Greek word paradeisos, which means "trapezoidal platform" or "garden built on a trapezoidal platform". It is said that the hanging garden uses a three-dimensional gardening technique, placing the garden on a 4-story platform, built of asphalt and bricks. The platform is supported by 25-meter-high pillars and has an irrigation system. Slaves constantly push the handles connected to the gears. Various flowers, plants and trees are planted in the garden.
