About Yongan Stone Bridge
Yong'an Stone Bridge is located in Yong'an Village, Masanjia Street, Yuhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It was built in the sixth year of Chongde in the Qing Dynasty (1641) and was built by stonemason Ren Chaogui. On the east side of the bridge is a stone tablet in Chinese, Manchu and Mongolian characters that records the beginning and end of its construction. Huang Taiji, Emperor Taizong of the Qing Dynasty, gave it the name "Yong'an Bridge", which means eternal peace. The bridge is a three-hole brick arch stone bridge with bricks inside and stone paving on the bridge. It has a total length of 37 meters, an external width of 14.5 meters, and a road surface width of 8.9 meters. There are 19 railings on both sides of the bridge.
