About Dianjiang Peony Garden
Dianjiang Peony Garden (now Kaizhifeng Tourist Area) is located in Taiping Town, Dianjiang County, Chongqing. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. Taiping Town is only 8 kilometers away from Dianjiang County and has a long history of peony planting, which dates back nearly 2,000 years. The area planted with peonies in this area exceeds 10,000 acres, with a natural three-dimensional distribution. There are many varieties of peonies in the peony garden, including Taiping Red, Fengshan White, Fengdan Pink, Purple Spot White, Fengdan, Datong Moyu, etc., with various colors, from red flowers, white flowers, pink flowers, pink purple flowers, purple flowers, pink and green flowers, and even one peony can bloom two or three colors of flowers. From mid-March to mid-April every year, peonies bloom, forming a spectacular sea of flowers.
