About Xushan Village

Xushan Village is located in the northeast of Daqiao Town, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is located near the Jiaxing East entrance and exit of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway. It has convenient water and land transportation. The entire village area is 8.41 square kilometers. The village originally had Xushan Mountain, the only natural hill in the Jiahe Plain. It is said that Wu Zixu trained troops here during the Spring and Autumn Period. In the 1960s and 1970s, Xushan was hollowed out due to quarrying, and later experienced industrial pollution. Starting from 2020, the village will implement ecological renovation with the concept of "continuing the historical context and reproducing the Xushan style" and build the Xushan Heritage Park.
