About Anjing Bridge
Anjing Bridge is a Ming Dynasty stone arch bridge located in Xitang Ancient Town, Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province, at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. It spans the Xutang River and serves as the transportation hub of the ancient town. The bridge was built in the Ming Dynasty and was originally named Zhongtang Bridge. It was named after it connected the two sides of Xutang River, the boundary river between Xietang (formerly known as Xitang) at that time. Its predecessor is Lao'anjing Bridge. The 2005 Hollywood movie "Mission: Impossible 3" was filmed here, making it the iconic landscape of Xitang. It is now open for free all year round, and the surrounding facilities are equipped with special B&Bs and other facilities.
