About Yang Family Courtyard
The Yang Family Courtyard is located in Huilongzui, Tongziwan Formation, Wuli Village, Xijiashan Town, Jiang'an County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. The Yang Family Courtyard is an ancient building built during the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty. It has a history of more than 170 years and is a typical residential style in southern Sichuan. The hospital covers an area of more than 3,600 square meters, with a construction area of 2,600 square meters. The Yang family courtyard is a combined quadrangle, with three lines entering the house. The gate, main hall, and back hall are sequentially placed on a central axis. The natural beauty of the building and the patio are used to create a pen, ink, paper, and inkstone pattern. During the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, squire Yang built a family courtyard here because he found an ancient well named "Wanshou Spring" in Wuli Village.
