About Baiyuan Garden

Baiyuan Garden is located in the core area of Yangshan New District, Xinyang City, Henan Province. The Baiyuan Garden area covers an area of 800 acres (approximately 53.3 hectares), of which the core garden area covers an area of approximately 201,700 square meters (approximately 20.2 hectares), with a green coverage rate of 83%. There are more than 500,000 flower seedlings planted in the garden, including 268 kinds of ornamental plants such as peonies, tulips, and camellias. Its layout is "one core, two axes, four phases, and twelve gardens". The core landscape includes the "window" that symbolizes the people of Xinyang looking out at the world, the Zero Landmark at the starting point of Xinyang Transportation Zero Kilometer, and the Century Underground Palace underneath. The east-west axis symbolizes the geographical dividing line between north and south China.
