About Huize Hall

Huize Campus of Yunnan University is located on the Donglu Campus of Yunnan University in Wuhua District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. It covers an area of 2484.05 square meters and a building area of 3953.49 square meters. It was built on December 18, the 13th year of the Republic of China (1924). Huizeyuan of Yunnan University faces south and is located on the central axis of Yunnan University. It has a two-story (partly three-story) structure above ground. There are 4 pillars on the front and 95 steps outside the gate. Huizeyuan of Yunnan University is a landmark building of Yunnan University. Many major historical events that occurred in Huizeyuan of Yunnan University have had a profound impact on the development of education and culture in Yunnan and China’s modern history.
