About Chinese Humanity Primogenitor Park

The Chinese Humanities Ancestral Park is a cultural project located in Lanzhou Yintan Wetland Park, Anning District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. It is an integral part of the Lanzhou Yellow River Style Line. The project was planned by the Lanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2011, and construction officially started in July of the same year. The project mainly consists of Fuxi and Nuwa themed sculptures and a base platform (planned to be the Yellow River Cultural Museum). The project sculpture was unveiled on October 14, 2012. In 2014, the project was basically completed, but it has never been opened to the public and put into use. As of the end of December 2015, more than 300 million yuan had been invested in the project. In 2016, the project was transferred from the original contractor to Lanzhou Investment (Holding) Group Co., Ltd.
