About Wangu Tower
Wangu Tower is a landmark building in Lijiang. It is located at the commanding heights of Lion Mountain in the ancient city of Lijiang. It is connected to Mufu on the outside. It is open from 09:00 to 22:00 all year round. Wangu Tower, which is interpreted as "Thousand-Year-Old Tower" in Dongba language, and "Wengulun" in Naxi language, means that you can enjoy the view from the commanding heights. Because of its homophonic pronunciation, it is named "Wangu Tower". The word "ten thousand" means overlooking the ancient city of Lijiang and its pastoral scenery, and looking at the thousands-year-old glaciers of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance.
