Zhengning Road Snack Night Market is a snack street located on Zhengning Road, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City. It was founded in November 2008. It was formed by the Lanzhou Chengguan District Government’s efforts to decentralize city functions, organize the night market order, and optimize and integrate market resources. The night market is about 200 meters long. It mainly sells milk and egg fermented glutinous rice, barbecue, haggis and other northwest specialty snacks. Among them, milk and egg fermented fermented glutinous rice has been featured in "A Bite of China". Opening hours are usually from evening to early morning. After renovation and upgrading, the management invested funds to improve the environment and unified management. There are currently about 140 stalls selling more than 70 kinds of snacks.
