About ninety-nine dragon pond

Ninety-nine Dragon Pond is located at the foot of the main peak on the north side of Laojun Mountain in Yulong County, Yunnan Province. It belongs to the 16th forest class of Laojun Mountain Forest Zone, 80 kilometers away from the county seat and 4247 meters above sea level. The scenic spot is composed of nearly a hundred glacial lakes such as Black Dragon Pond, Huanglong Pond, Sister Lake, and Sancai Lake. The three interdependent lakes are also known as the "Three Eyes Pond". The lake water shows brilliant colors of blue, orange, yellow, and green under the sunlight and flowers and trees. The water in the pool originates from melting snow and rainfall. After overflowing, it forms a stream and forms a waterfall. It eventually flows to the Jinsha River and Lancang River. In the largest lake, Huanglong Pool, red coral trees emerge from the water.
