The place is famous for watching Siberian migratory red-billed gulls in winter. Visitors can feed and interact with it. There is a pink rhododendron belt and a convenient parking area around it. It can be reached directly by taking bus No. 171 and No. 183. Since 1985, red-billed gulls have inhabited here regularly every year, forming a unique cultural landscape.
