The Wanfo Temple ruins are an ancient site located in Jinniu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. The history of the temple can be traced back to the Northern and Southern Dynasties. In the Southern Dynasties, it was called Anpu Temple. In the Tang Dynasty, it was renamed Jingzhong Temple. In the Song Dynasty, it was Jingyin Temple. In the Ming Dynasty, it was renamed Wanfo Temple. It was destroyed in the late Ming Dynasty. The site is mainly composed of remains from the temple garden area of the Tang Dynasty, and unearthed stone cultural relics including the head of Guanyin Bodhisattva in the Tang Dynasty and the back screen statue.
