About Beitang Ancient Town

Beitang Ancient Town is located at No. 100 Beitang Street, Binhai New District, Tianjin. It covers a total area of 500,000 square meters and a total above-ground construction area of more than 300,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive cultural tourism area rebuilt in the style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The ancient town is free and open all day long. The first phase of the project includes two functional areas: residential and commercial. The core attractions include the reconstructed double fort, moat and city wall system. As the only ancient town in Binhai New Area that retains the original urban texture, its commercial area is divided into seven functional areas including Phoenix Street and Shuangbai Square, achieving the integration of ancient buildings and modern commerce.
