About China 2010 Shanghai World Expo Shanghai Pavilion

The Shanghai Pavilion of China's 2010 Shanghai World Expo covers an area of 600 square meters, with the theme of "Forever New World". The exterior of the pavilion adopts the shape of a Shikumen, and the outer wall is composed of 5,000 prisms. When rotated synchronously, the three themed images of "Forever New World", "Shanghai Blessings for You" and "Expo City" can be instantly transformed. A six-degree-of-freedom dynamic platform is set up in the museum. Through an 8-minute theme video, the audience can experience traveling through different historical periods of Shanghai on fishing boats, horse-drawn carriages, helicopters and other means of transportation. The main exterior wall "Shanghai Can't End" pixel wall is composed of 15,000 citizen photography works, dynamically interpreting urban changes.
