The former site of the First Congress of the Communist Party of China Qiongya is located at No. 131 Zhulin Street, Datong North Road, Longhua District, Haikou City, Hainan Province. It covers an area of 1,800 square meters and a building area of 690 square meters. It was built in the eighth year of the Republic of China (1926). The former site of the First Congress of the Communist Party of China in Qiongya is a typical southern residence. There are two tiled bungalows in the courtyard, each of which is divided into three rooms. There is a hall in the middle and two small rooms on both sides. There are corresponding courtyards in the front, middle and back of the two bungalows. There are wing rooms on the east and west sides, both of which are brick and wood structures, and are juxtaposed with small gardens.
