About Anhui Feidong Longqidi Provincial Wetland Park
Anhui Feidong Longqidi Provincial Wetland Park is located in Cuozhen Town, Feidong County, Anhui Province. It is connected to Jiema Road in the north, Ershibu River in the east, and Nanfei River in the west and south. It has a total planned area of 573.71 hectares, of which 454.4 hectares of wetland area. It has the unique location advantage of "swallowing the river and the Huaihe River, absorbing the east and absorbing the west". The wetland park was approved for establishment in June 2017 and officially built in July 2017. It was included in the first batch of wetland lists in Hefei City (9 sites in total). The park is distributed with wild animal and plant resources of important scientific research value. This wetland park conservation area once had problems with illegal feeding of 1,473.21 acres of fish ponds and fishing centers that damaged the wetland ecosystem.
