About Luogang Park

Luogang Park is located in the transition zone between the old city and Binhu New District of Hefei City, Anhui Province. It is bounded by Fanhua Avenue in the north, Jinxiu Avenue in the south, Baohe Avenue in the east, and He'an Expressway in the west. It has a total planned area of 12.7 square kilometers. It is the only core of the "one core and four districts" central system structure of Hefei City and the core bearing area for regional export service functions in Anhui Province. Luogang Park, formerly known as Hefei Luogang Airport, officially started construction in 2020. On September 26, 2023, at the opening of the 14th China (Hefei) International Garden Expo, part of Luogang Park was officially opened to the outside world. Luogang Park is divided into four major sections: Garden Expo Garden, Jinxiu Lake, Ecological Experience Area, Science and Technology CBD and Blank Area.
