About Hefei Garden Expo
Hefei Garden Expo is the core exhibition area of the 14th China (Hefei) International Garden Expo, with a planned area of 323 hectares. It was rebuilt from the decommissioned Luogang Airport. With the theme of "Ecology First, Common People's Garden Expo", the park has formed a "three zones and one pavilion" spatial layout, including 31 domestic exhibition gardens such as Beijing Garden and Suzhou Garden, and 7 international exhibition gardens such as Osnabrück Garden in Germany. For the first time, the Garden Expo has implemented a free and open policy. After the park officially opened on September 26, 2023, it received hundreds of thousands of tourists in a single day during the National Day.
