About Motan Tourist Resort

Motan Tourist Resort is located in Daxu Town, Baohe District, Hefei City, known as the "Land of Fish and Rice". It borders Nanfei River to the east and Chaohu Lake to the south. It is about 16 kilometers away from the main urban area. The total project area is about 4,200 acres, and the total investment budget is about 1.53 billion yuan. The project is developed and operated by Hefei Baohe District Rural Revitalization Investment Co., Ltd. It is a cultural and ecological tourism destination integrating cultural experience, urban agriculture, rural tourism, cultural entertainment, catering and leisure, sports and fitness, festivals and exhibitions, theme vacations and other functions. It is also the first batch of key rural revitalization projects in Hefei City. The resort will open to the public for trial operation on May 17, 2024, and will begin regular opening on May 20.
