About Water Village Living Room·Fangting Water Courtyard

Water Village Living Room·Fangting Water Courtyard is the core project of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone. It is located on the Taipu River, the origin of the Yangtze River Delta where the administrative boundaries of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and one city meet. It spans Qingpu District of Shanghai, Wujiang District of Suzhou City, and Jiashan County of Jiaxing City, with a total planned area of 35.8 square kilometers. This region once became a development depression due to the lack of cross-domain coordination mechanisms. The project has a total construction area of approximately 104,000 square meters. It adopts a courtyard shape and has Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui themed exhibition spaces at the four corners. It achieves cross-provincial connectivity through three pedestrian bridges.
