About Lanzhou Museum

Lanzhou Museum is located in Baiyi Temple, No. 240 Qingyang Road, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. Founded in 1984, it is a national first-class museum built on the site of Baiyi Temple in the Ming Dynasty. The museum area covers an area of 4,700 square meters, with a construction area of 5,800 square meters. It includes three ancient buildings: the Tiezhu Palace Xiang Hall of the Jiangxi Guild Hall of the Qing Dynasty, the Baiyi Temple Main Hall of the Ming Dynasty, and the Baiyi Temple Tower, a provincial cultural protection unit, forming a central axis layout of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. There are 12,720 cultural relics in the collection, covering pottery, porcelain, metalware and other categories, including 53 national first-class cultural relics.
