About Chemical Industry Museum of China
The China Chemical Industry Museum is located on the third floor of the China National Chemical Corporation Building, No. 62 Beisihuan West Road, Haidian District, Beijing. It has a building area of 13,340 square meters and an exhibition hall area of 2,540 square meters. It is a national-level industry museum approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. On May 9, 2008, the China Chemical Industry Museum was officially opened to the public. It aims to display and collect the development history and important achievements of China's chemical industry, spread the civilization of the chemical industry, popularize scientific knowledge, and carry out patriotism education. As of the end of 2024, the China Chemical Museum has a total of 7,125 cultural relics (sets) in its collection, 68 precious cultural relics (sets), and a total of 10,032 annual visitors.
